Kerrang! compilation Albums are physical media that compile popular rock and alternative music for the purposes of sampling and promotion. the albums were initially released on 7" vinyl as an accompaniment to the Kerrang! Magazine before being moved to Casset and then CD's[1]. As well as the Pormotional albums, Kerrang! Realeased compilation Albums in record stores under multiple lables. Kerrang! the album was released in stores under the the Hit Lable[2]. Later editions of the album reset the naming scheme under the Universal Music group Subsidery Lable, Universal Music TV (UMTV)[3]. A few further Kerrang! Albums got a Full Release Under various Lables.
