His flagship project is the upcoming film Luciferum (in production, scheduled for release on 24 June 2031), where he serves as director, writer, producer, and actor in multiple roles including The Raconteur, Agenetos, and Brahma Vardha.[4]
Background
Kesava Chandra was born on 24 June in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.[1] He is also known as Keshav Chandra Baliram Hedgewar and is the great-grandson of K. B. Hedgewar, the founder of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.[1][2]
Career
Chandra is the creator of PROJECTUM 000°, a planned cinematic universe comprising nine interconnected feature films (with a tenth as a concluding epic) sharing a unified cosmology and philosophical themes such as power, order, free will, and human agency.[3][2]
The project is based on nine literary epics he wrote over a decade before transitioning to film.[1] Active films listed in production or filming include:
- Luciferum (flagship film, in production)
- Malus Universum
- The Latter World Order
- 369 Days: The Annular Dimensional Life
- The Light's Grace
- The Dark's Cage
- The Unknown’s Progress
- Two additional classified epics (8th and 9th)
The tenth epic is in development.[3][1]
Luciferum is described as exploring themes of darkness, power, and the re-emergence of light.[4]
Organizations
Chandra founded One United Nation (OUN), an independent non-governmental humanitarian organization promoting global unity, cooperation, mutual respect, and shared humanity beyond national boundaries.[5][2]
He is also associated with the formation of the Indian United Front (a political party in development) and Nothing Everything Written (a film production company).[1]
Reception
Online discussions and articles have covered Chandra's independent filmmaking, leadership, and themes of shared humanity and global unity.[6][7]
A report documented his 2025 visit to Tournai, Belgium, for production-related activities and discussions.[8]
