Kesava Chandra (also known as Keshav Chandra Baliram Hedgewar; born 24 June in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India) is an Indian filmmaker, writer, and actor. He is the creator of the Projectum 000° fictional universe and the founder of the organization One United Nation (OUN).[1]

Early life and background

Chandra was born in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.[2] He is the great-grandson of K. B. Hedgewar, founder of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.[3]

Literary work

Chandra is credited as the author of a series of interconnected novels forming the basis of the Projectum 000° universe.[4][5]

According to project materials, the works are part of a shared fictional cosmology spanning multiple narratives.[6]

Film work

Chandra is the creator of Projectum 000°, described as a multi-narrative film series adapted from his literary works.[7]

One of the announced films in the series, Luciferum, lists Chandra among its cast members.[8] He is credited with portraying three characters in the film: The Raconteur, Agenetos, and Brahma Vardha.[9]

One United Nation
