Keshavan Madhava Menon v. State of Bombay, AIR 1951 SC 128, was a landmark decision of the Supreme Court of India in which the Court held that a law which already existed when the Constitution of India came into force was void only to the extend that it was inconsistent with the provisions of Part-III.[1][2][3]
