"Keshto Mandal" (born 13 October 1960) is an Indian film art director and production designer known for his work in Hindi films like Parineeta, Baghban (2003 film), Sarfarosh.[1] He has associated himself with innumerable TV commercials as director of art for brands like (ITC, Godrej, MRF, Phillips, John & Johnson), etc.
Career
He started his career in 1980 as an assistant art director. He joined noted art director, Nitish Roy for movies Kharji (1982), Khandar (1984), Genesis(1986) director Mrinal Sen, Mundi (1983) director Shyam Benegal, Parinda (1989). He also created sets for the TV series, "Say Something to Anupam Uncle" 2000–2002. His first feature film was Chachi 420, directed by Kamal Hassan. Over the years he has worked in films like Sarfarosh, Baghban (2003 film), Yahaan, Baabul (2006 film), Parineeta and also produced a Bengali movie Lahore (film)(2010).
