Kevin Barenblat
Kevin Barenblat is an American nonprofit leader. He is the co-founder and president of Fast Forward, a nonprofit focused on scaling technology-driven solutions for social good. Barenblat is also known for his writing on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the social sector.
Early life and education
Kevin Barenblat studied engineering at Stanford University before earning an MBA from Harvard Business School.[1]
Career
Startups and Big Tech
Before founding Fast Forward, Barenblat worked in various technology startups and Adobe. His experience in both early-stage and established firms shaped his perspective on the potential for technology to drive social impact.
Fast Forward
In 2014, Barenblat co-founded Fast Forward, recognizing a gap in support for nonprofits using technology to address critical social challenges. At the time, Fast Forward was the only accelerator exclusively focused on tech nonprofits.
