Kevin Kade
Richard Ngabo, commonly known as Kevin Kade (born 23 September 2000) in Gikondo Kicukiro District, is a Rwandan singer,[1] songwriter and performer.
Early life and education
He grew up in a family of 7 where he happened to be the 6th.[2] He was inspired by his family members, who used to be in choir.[3] He graduated from Nyundo Art and Music School after he associated with Incredible Record label, which includes many Rwandan artists including Danny Nanone, Davis D and Young Grace.[4]
Career
He started his music career in 2019.[5] He is well known for his first album.[6] Afrobeats and R&B are his music styles.[7] He released albums featuring The Ben, Chris Eazy and producers including Kozze and Element Eleeh.[8] He shared the same stage with Nasty C, Ycee, Bruce Melodie, AV, Ykee Benda.[9] He also participated in music festivals organized by MTN and performed in Rwandan universities including University of Rwanda.[10] [11] [12]
