History

1996 – 1999: Creation of Keyrus. International opening as early as 1997 with the creation of a subsidiary in Canada and setting up of a CRO: CRO: Keyrus Biopharma,[2] centered on the pharmaceutical industries sector.

2000 – 2003: Listing on the New Market of the Paris Euronext stock exchange (NYSE Eurolist-Paris) in July 2000. Acquisition of Cyborg,[3] specialist in the integration of integrated management systems (ERP-CRM) in the medium-sized businesses market.

2004 – 2006: Acquisition of about ten businesses in France and internationally.

2007 – 2009: Opening of an office in Israel. Launch of Spikly,[4] digital strategy consulting agency.

2010 - 2011: Launch of Keyrus Management,[5] its Strategy, Management and Organisation consulting firm. Launch of Keyrus Capital Markets[6] and acquisition of Vision.bi, an Israeli publisher, specialized in Microsoft and Big data.

2012: Cyborg acquires the Breton integrator SBI. Keyrus takes a majority stake in the Management and Strategy consulting company Kadris,[7] specialized in the health and social protection sector.

2013: Keyrus acquires COI Conception d'Outils Informatiques Inc., specialized in predictive analysis and in the integration of SAS and IBM solutions.

2014: Keyrus acquires BIPB, a provider of Big Data & Analytics services to the Investment Banking community with offices in London, New York, Paris, Dubai and Johannesburg.
