Khalida Parveen is a sexagenarian Indian civil rights activist who was at the forefront of protests against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 (CAA) passed by the central Government of India.[1][2] She received national and international coverage during the Citizenship Amendment Act protests across Telangana, and during COVID-19 when she came to the aid of needy migrant workers stuck in Hyderabad.[3] In 2022, she was listed on the Bulli Bai case list, an online fake auction of Muslim women in India.[4]
