Kharchi Noe
Kharchi Noe (ruled 22 January 1963) Algerian politician and university professor, Management Specialist. Kharchi Noe is running in the 2019 Algerian presidential election.[1]
He took over the Secretariat For the municipality of Messila 1984, And other positions Works now professor of the Higher School of Management since 1997, And General Manager of Al Baraka Branch Foundation from 2018.[2]
He graduated from the Higher School of Management, He held several positions and administrative functions, And included in the responsibilities of them Deputy Director of Public Means of the Ministry of Interior 1993-1994.[3]

Is the kerchi nuclei of the Messila, Kharshi Al-Noi was a professor at the Higher School of Management He served as Chairman of the Dispute Settlement Committee of the Ministry of Interior 1994. He was deputy director of public means of the Ministry of Interior from 1993 to 1994, He also served as Secretary General of the Algerian Baraka Group from 2010 to 2018, And General Manager of Al Baraka Branch Foundation from 2018. Khurshi was also a member of the Bureau of the National Committee on Public Procurement from 1994 to 2010.[4]
