Khin Khin Nu Burmese: ခင်ခင်နု(circa 1895 - 1949) was the first Burmese film actress.
Early life and education
She was born in 1253 on Shin Sawbu Road, Sanchaung Township, Kyimyindaing. Her real name is Ma Ngwe Myaing. She loved dancing since she was young. When she was a young girl, she used to dance in public places. Not only was the dance good, it was also very dramatic. As an intelligent person, she could easily imitate everything her teacher taught her. The music was not bad either. After the success of Love and Liquor, she was cast as the lead actress in the film The Village Manu. She has made more than 30 films with London Art. In Yadanarbon, the longest silent film, the film takes a long time to travel to Mandalay. After that movie, Prince Maung Ba Tint, Director U Tot Gyi and Khin Khin Nu became famous together. After working in London Art for nine years, she left the company while filming Nay Thurin.
