Kishwar Chowdhury is a Bangladeshi-Australian television cook who finished in third place in MasterChef Australia 2021.[1][2] Her dishes reflected her Bangladeshi roots.[3][4][5]
Chowdury was born and raised in Melbourne to Laila and Kamrul Chowdhury (OAM). After graduating from Presbyterian Ladies' College, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and a post-graduate degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts in London. She worked in Germany and then Bangladesh[6] and returned to Melbourne in 2015. She is married to her high school boyfriend[7][8][9] Ehtesham and has a son and daughter.[10][11]
