Klayout

KLayout is a free GDSII, LEF/DEF, OASIS, Gerber, DXF, and CIF editor software. It supports GDSII and OASIS file formats and can be used on Windows and Linux systems.

KLayout was started in 2007. The initial release was in March 2007. From version 0.15, KLayout has included an editor mode.
