KnowTheZodiac (KTZ) is an astrology app. The KTZ App provides in-depth astrological readings, real-time transit updates, compatibility reports, video and audio forecasts, and an option for users to study their natal chart placements within the app.[1]
KTZ was founded on April 26, 2013, by astrologer Dossé-Via Trenou.[2] It started off as a passion project, website, and Instagram page, and has now grown into an international corporation.[3]

The KnowTheZodiac app initially launched for free on the Apple Store on October 21, 2019. The Android version of the app became available in 2020. The KnowTheZodiac app has been listed by Cosmopolitan[4] and PopSugar[5] as one of the best astrology apps on the market.[6]
KnowTheZodiac is one of the only astrology apps on the market that is founded by an African woman astrologer and mainly run by a team of Black, Indian, and indigenous women astrologers. One of KTZ's intentions is to continue to create opportunities for underrepresented astrologers to share their wisdom via a global and expansive platform.[citation needed]
In addition to its main KnowTheZodiac page, KTZ also runs sign-specific astrology pages on Instagram.
KnowTheZodiac became a corporation on December 19, 2023.
