Kocharli-One of the upper streets of Shusha built in the 19th century. Like other streets of Shusha, there was a mosque, a spring, a small square and a bath. Firudin bey Kocharli is originally from Kocharli village of Javanshir district. One of his great-grandfathers, Mahammad bey, moved from Kocharli village to Shusha, where he settled, and thus the Kocharli village was established in Shusha. The palace complex of Bahman Mirza Govanli-Gajar is located in this neighborhood.
