Kohal Rajput
The Kohal is a Rajput clan. They are found in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. These are spread mostly in the parts of Pathankot district of Punjab with their Kul Devta located in the village Kahanpur, also located in Pathankot.[1] According to their Vanshavali (a book of their clan history handed down through generations) they were originally part of Jaggi[2] Rajputs and are a part of Suryavanshi lineage.
