Kokou Bruno Avotor, also listed as Bruno Avotor,[1][2] (born 15 December 1995) is a Togolese professional footballer who plays as a centre-forward and a right-winger for Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 club ASO Chlef.

Club career

Avotor began his senior career in his native Togo, beginning with Togolese Championnat National de 2ème Division club Gbikinti FC de Bassar in 2018.[1] He then moved to Espoir Tsévié in 2021 where he won the 2021 Togolese Championnat National de 2ème Division title.[3][4]

He joined Foadan in 2021 before a move to Togolese Championnat National club ASKO Kara on 1 June 2022 saw him win the 2022–23 Togolese Championnat National title.[5] He then moved to AS OTR in November 2023 and he scored 18 goals in 12 league matches during his first season with the club.[1][2]

On 3 February 2025, Avotor moved abroad for the first time, signing a permanent contract with Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 ASO Chlef.[6] He scored on his debut during the 2–2 draw against Constantine as a second-half substitute on 18 February 2025,[7] establishing himself as a regular starter in the frontline. During the 2025–26 season, he scored a crucial winning goal against ES Sétif on 6 March 2026.[8]

International career

Avotor made one appearance for Togo U23 in 2023 and he also scored on his debut.[9] He then made four appearances for Togo at the 2024 African Nations Championship, debuting during the 2–0 victory against Benin.[3]
