Kowsar Saba Industrial Development Investments Company abbreviately Kowsar Saba Holding Company (KSHC, Persian: هلدینگ کوثر صبا, Holding-e Kowsar-e Saba) is an Iranian quasi-public company holding company, which was established in Tehran in in the Iranian calendar year of 1397 (March 2018-March 2019)[6] by Kowsar Economic Organization (KEO) [7] with the aim of organizing activities in the field of general industries and creating chains of production in line with the goal of manufacturing the products domestically and providing services needed by the country.[8] Kowsar Saba Holding Company is a Public Joint Stock parent company[9], affiliated with Kowsar Economic Organization[10], the country’s largest multipurpose holding active in the fields of economy, commerce, trade, production, industry, agriculture, and service.[11] The Kowsar Saba Holding Company, located in Tehran with eight subsidiaries and factories in different parts of the country is the largest holding affiliated with Kowsar Economic Organization.[12]

Simcat Company (with half a century of experience in the production of kinds of wire and cable) [1] in the city of Tabriz, East Azerbaijan province[13], Joveyn Electrical Machines Company(Jemco) [2] in Khorasan Razavi province[14], Shahab Company (the first Iranian manufacturer of audio-visual products and home appliances) [3] in Tehran[15]Khorasan Cotton and Oilseeds Company (with the brand name “Leefood”,[16] registered on the stock market as “Ghedaneh”)[17][18]in Khorasan Razavi province, Khavardasht Agro-Industry Company (with the brand name “Jahan Banou”) [4] in Golestan province[19], and Kowsar Behchin Samin Food Industries Company (producer of canned food without the use of preservatives and with the brand name “Manilo”)[20] in Khorasan Razavi province[21], as well as Kowsar Energy Development Company (with the brand name “Noortek”)[22] in the city of Isfahan, Isfahan province, are among the subsidiaries of Kowsar Saba Holding Company.
Kowsar Saba Holding’s brand[edit]
Kowsar Saba Holding has been taking part since 2020 in the annual competitions of the top companies for the national excellence and development award. The holding has succeeded in receiving a certificate for commitment to excellence at the fourth edition of the competitions, a single-star plaque of honor at the fifth edition[23], and a three-star plaque of honor at the sixth edition of the competitions[24]
Board of Directors[edit]
The board of directors of the holding company is comprised of five main members. Mahdi Qandehari-Alavijeh is the CEO as well as the vice-chairman of the board of directors[25], Abdolali Ameri is the chairman of the board of directors. Peyman Shah-Ali, Kaveh Darabi, and Hamid Rahimi are members of the board of directors[26] of Kowsar Saba Holding Company– affiliated with Kowsar Economic Organization.
