Kudelski Security
Kudelski Security (or KS) is a business unit of the Kudelski Group that provides cyber security security services and solutions to commercial enterprises, governments, and non-governmental organizations in Europe and North America. Kudelski Security was founded in 2013 with initial operations in Switzerland and with initial personnel seeded from the Kudelski Group's Nagravision business unit.[1] In 2016, Kudelski Security expanded their operations to the United States with a focus on Managed Security Solutions. [2] In 2020, Kudelski Security expanded their EMEA operations into Germany and France. [3] [4]. In 2019, Andrew Howard, the company's Chief Technology Officer, was promoted to Chief Executive Officer following the term of Rich Fennessy as CEO. [5]
