Kunal Lalani is an Indian entrepreneur. He is the Chairman and the Managing Director of the Crayons Network[1] and the founder of GroupMega and Mega Cabs.[2]
Early Life
He studied at The University of Delhi and joined his father’s business of automotive components – Indication Instruments Ltd., after. Later, he started The Crayons Network.[3]
Career
He heads GroupMega, a diversified conglomerate headquartered in New Delhi, India. Its segments include advertising, mobility services, hospitality, aviation, banking, auto and marine components, PVC profiles, and luxury automobiles.[4]
He is also the founder and chairman of MegaCabs, a Radio-Taxi service in India, which started in 2002. Kunal is also the President of the Association of Radio Taxis.[5]
He started his hospitality segment with Kuki – a lounge and nightclub in Delhi in 2007. In 2012 he established the first Buddha Bar restaurant in Delhi. In 2015, he took over Fort Tiracol Heritage Hotel, followed by The Delta by Marriott in Goa (Brittona Hotel and the Yacht Club in Goa Pvt. Ltd.).[6]

Around the same time he also started his radio taxi business called Megacabs. It was during mid-nineties that Lalani began to diversify and started Chandigarh, Jaipur and Mumbai branches.
