Kyle Anfenee

Kyle Anfenee is an American journalist, broadcaster and blogger who founded the Neighborhood Talk.[1][2] Anfenee began his journalism career with The Shade Room as a red carpet correspondent and rose to the position of a senior editor. In 2018, Cardi B accused him of using a fake Instagram handle to publish negative material against her.[3][4] Months after this allegation, Anfenee quit his senior editor position and founded the Neighborhood Talk.[5][6]

Born and raised in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Anfenee obtained first  degree in Broadcast Journalism from Pepperdine University in 2016.[7]

Career[edit]

While in the university, he joined the popular blog The Shade Room as an intern in 2015 and was later appointed into the editorial team and rose through the ranks to the position of a senior editor there. After leaving The Shade Room Anfenee established the Neigborhood Talk blog which now has over 32 million impressions per week as of January 2021.[8][9]
