Ladder Indian Mall is a shopping mall and residential complex located in Manjeri, Kerala ,built by Ladder Kerala [1].It features multiple floors of commercial space covering an area of 141711.52 Sq.ft and is occupied by various sports, lifestyle, fashion and luxury boutique outlets . A major portion of the second floor is taken up by the Bismi Supermart.

The basement and the ground floor make up the mall’s parking space which has a capacity for housing up to 300 vehicles. Along with separate entryways to the mall and residential space, there are several escalators and high-speed elevators connecting the central walkways of different floors which revolve around a central atrium.

Among its many avenues of entertainment are a swimming pool, an entertainment park and a children’s play area. La.Da Land, the children’s play located on the third floor features a gaming zone and an assortment of family amusement centres which include coin-operated gaming machines, mini carousel rides for children, arcade shooters, a toy dispenser, a table tennis section and a trampoline known as La Da bounce.

The food court, which is also located on the third floor features a set of meal tables and a group of restaurants and cafes, ChickKing and Pizza Ricotta being the most notable ones amongst them.

Besides the shopping complex, the Indian Mall also comprises a 56035.42 sq.ft residential area that hosts several apartments in a multi-floor building. Facilities

  • Manjeri’s first five-screen multiplex theatre that houses 120 seats each, two of which are 3D halls.
  • La. da land, a family entertainment centre and a gaming zone.
  • Basement and ground floor parking space that can accommodate up to 300 vehicles.
  • Several retail outlets for brands including Max, Orchid, Vismay, Mend, Emma and GQ Aurum.
