The Lahore Leads University (LLU) is a private university in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. It is chartered by Government of the Punjab and recognized by the Higher Education Commission (Pakistan) (HEC). The first Vice Chancellor of Lahore Leads University was Dr. Khairat M. Ibne Rasa who was previously the Vice Chancellor of University of the Punjab, Lahore.
History[edit]
Leads Educator Welfare Trust was established in 1995. It is a non-profit trust for promoting education throughout the country. The trust started its projects in education at all levels, entitled as, Leads School System, Leads Group of Colleges and Lahore Leads University. Lahore Leads University was granted degree awarding status on 22 January 2011.
Campuses[edit]
Lahore Leads University has various campuses – the main campus of 165 canals is located at Kamahan Road near DHA phase v and Bedian Road, Lahore . Engineering campus is located near Thokar Niaz Baig in West Wood Colony, Lahore. University also had its new separate campus for Accountancy and Commerce.
