Laila Majnu is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language romantic film written and directed by Sajid Ali. Based on the epic love story of Layla and Majnun, the film is co-produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor and Imtiaz Ali.[2][3]
Plot[edit]
The film follows the love story of Laila and Majnu in contemporary Kashmir.[4]
Marketing[edit]
On May 31, 2018 Imtiaz Ali posted a picture from the film on his Instagram account. The film trailer premiered on June 1, 2018 with Veere Di Wedding.[5]
