Lamingo Dam is an earth-fill dam located near Jos in Plateau State, Nigeria. Originally constructed in 1972 for water supply and irrigation, the dam has also become a site for informal fishing and recreation. In 2023 the Plateau State Water Board announced a project to rehabilitate the dam’s spillway and improve its capacity.
