The Lauwiner Empire [1] is a micronation that was founded in 2014 by King Jonas I.[2]. The Lauwiner Empire is the first micronation found in Switzerland. Currently, five languages are being spoken in the Lauwiner Empire including Russian, Swiss, English, French, and German.


The whole Empire is owned and controlled by the King Jonas I, who is also the supreme commander of the Lauwiner Empire Legion. The Lauwiner Empire Legion is responsible for the defence and security of its citizens and their properties. The Royal Guard is responsible for the security of the Royal Family[3]. The finances, law and tax control of different regions of the Empire is assigned to the Lords and Ladies. There are Board of Governors who are formal advisors to the King and have executive powers but are answerable before the King[4].

The Lauwiner Empire owns huge properties [5] over many countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia which is rented to its citizens. Citizens of the Lauwiner Empire are bound to oblige by the Lauwiner Empire Constitution.[6].


The Lauwiner Empire is spread over 40000 square meters from parts of Switzerland [7]. to Morocco and Ukraine. The empire has a population of about 600 individuals.
