Lawrence W. Striley is an American lawyer and the incumbent California Reporter of Decisions. After over a decade working as a Technical Production Manager for the All-American Boys Chorus, he graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 1987 with a B.A. in Radio, Television & Film, then spent five years as Technical Director for Prime Ticket Network before matriculating at Washington and Lee University School of Law, graduating in 1996. After graduating, Striley spent about eighteen years in private practice, twelve years of which comprised working for LexisNexis first as a legal editor and eventually as a Director of Operations.[1] Striley spent a year in private practice before being appointed Reporter of Decisions on September 30, 2014, effective October 1, 2014.[2]
