Le'Auntray Burch (born December 26, 1990) is an American screenwriter and filmmaker best known as the creator of the music video series Hot Video Countdown and reality teen drama Lakeland. He is also the owner of The BWE Media Networks,[1] the parent company of The BWE Television Network.[2]
Born in Suffolk, Virginia, Burch is an only child of Linda Mosley and Christopher Burch. He has one half sister and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
Productions[edit]
Since 2013, Burch has had several shows in production and on October 7, 2016 is was announced that he would be launching The BWE Television Network, an American IPTV network aimed at millennials. His production company was started in collaboration with actor Michael Copon and will produce original content for the network.
Hot Video Countdown[edit]
The studio's flagship series is Hot Video Countdown, a daily music video countdown series. Viewers who vote online or text in their votes will see there favorite videos make the top 5 countdown of the day, in addition to celebrity interviews and live performances. The show is hosted by Josh Skinner (On Air with Ryan Seacrest), actress Brit Sheridan (Kate, Supernatural), actor and model Sam Sarpong and Deja Riley, daughter of music legend Teddy Riley. The series premieres January 1, 2018 when The BWE Network launches.[3]
Lakeland[edit]
Lakeland follows the lives of several diverse students attending Lakeland High School in Suffolk, VA.[4] The reality teen drama is produced in collaboration with actor Michael Copon's production company, Michael Copon Studios.[5]
