The Walt Disney Company Headquarters: Burbank, CA

On February 9, 2023, The Walt Disney Company announced a strategic reorganization of their business segments to "refocus the organization on creativity, empower creative leaders and ensure they are accountable for all aspects of their businesses globally, and put the company's streaming business on a path to sustained growth and profitability".[1] This announcement restructured the company to consist of three primary business segments: Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products. Above these segments are an executive management team and a board of directors.

The Disney Entertainment business segment contains the company's roster of entertainment media brands and global content businesses. Disney Entertainment is split into two divisions: General Entertainment and Studios. General Entertainment oversees the creation of "original entertainment and news programming for the Company's streaming platforms Disney+, Hulu, and Star, as well as its broadcast and cable networks."[6] Meanwhile, Disney Studios contains Disney's collection of film studios.
