Iranian football's 4th division () is the fifth-highest football division overall in the Iranian football league system.

Until 2024, the 3rd Division League was the lowest level of club football in the country, played in two stages. From 2024, only the second stage of the league was known as the 3rd Division League, and the first stage of the league was known as the newly established 4th Division League.

In this league, 60 teams participate in six groups of 10 teams each. The groups are organized in such a manner that teams closer to each other geographically end up in the same group. Because of this, the 4th division can be considered a regional league. The league is played in home-and-away round-robin format. Top two teams of each group promote to 3rd Division, while 5 lowest-ranked teams of each group relegate to Provincal Leagues.
