Leba Chand Tudu is a senior Naxal leader of Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation. Before 2021, he was a central committee member of State organising committee of CPIML.

Contesting in election

Leba Chand Tudu contested the Jhargram Lok Sabha Constituency as an independent candidate in 2004.[1]

He ranked sixth out of seven candidates and got 0.7% of the total votes.[2]

When Leba Chand Tudu contested the Jhargram Lok Sabha Constituency in 1991 he got 7,089 votes and 1% of the total votes.[3]

In 1989 Leba Chand Tudu contested in Mayurbhanj Lok Sabha Constituency, he got 7,719 votes and 2.3% of the total votes.[4][5]

Joining CPIML liberation

On 7 November 2021, Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation organised a mass convention. In the convention, a huge number of leaders and supporters of other parties joined CPIML Liberation. Leaders like Leba Chand Tudu and Somnath Chatterjee joined CPIML Liberation.[6]
