Legendary Ventures is an American venture capital firm focused on investing in consumer, retail, and technology companies.[1] The company has headquarters in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.[2] Their major investments include the aerospace company SpaceX[1][3][4] and Pinterest.[5]

Legendary Ventures was founded in 2012 by Jamie Driver, co-founder of Morpheus Media[6] and Jayson Kim, formerly with J.Crew Group and TPG Capital (formerly Texas Pacific Group).[7][8]
The firm's partners include Kent Anderson, who co-founded Macys.com then served as the President of Innovation at Macy's.[9] The firm also includes a number of executives on its advisory board across the consumer, retail, and technology industries including Sean Atkins, the former CEO of Viacom's MTV,[10][11] Wendy Calhoun,[8] a Hollywood producer, and Robbie Myers, the former Editor-in-Chief of Elle.[12][13]
In 2019, Legendary Ventures has invested in Gemist, a customizable fashion brand.[14][15][16] In 2020, Legendary Ventures also invested in ToyBox Labs,[17] a 3D printer manufacturing company for kids that appeared on the reality television series Shark Tank.[17][18][19] In September 2020, Legendary Ventures made a major investment in aerospace company SpaceX.[1][4][20]
