Lianhe Ratings Global Limited ("Lianhe Global") is a Chinese international credit rating agency and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lianhe Credit Information Service Co., Ltd. (“Lianhe Group”), one of the most professional and two largest credit rating agencies in China[3]. Lianhe Global publishes credit rating reports and non-rating commentary, covering sectors including corporations, financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions and local government financing vehicles ("LGFV"). In the Chinese offshore rated bond market, Lianhe Global is the largest Chinese international rating agency in terms of total rated debt amount and total number of rated issuers[4] [5] [6]and is recognized as the "Big 4", which also includes S&P Global Ratings, Moody's Investors Service and Fitch Ratings. Its head office is located in Tower 2, Lippo Center, Admiralty, Hong Kong[7].
Lianhe Global was incorporated on September 26, 2017 in Hong Kong SAR[8]. Lianhe Global has been granted a type 10 license, Providing Credit Rating Services, by SFC since July 2018[9].
