Libya–Montenegro relations are bilateral ties between Libya and Montenegro.
History[edit]
In June 2009, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi (son of Muammar Gaddafi) celebrated his 37th birthday in Budva with several billionaires and delegates from several nations.[1]
During the Libyan Civil War, Montenegro officially recognized the National Transitional Council as the new government of Libya on July 21, 2011.[2]
