- Matt Evans, actor of American descent who was a contender of the Philippine reality television show Pinoy Big Brother. Matt is currently part of ABS-CBN's Star Magic contract artists.
- Rudy Fernandez (actor), known as Daboy, was a multi-awarded Filipino actor and producer. He came to prominence as an action star in Philippine cinema during the 1980s up to the early 1990s.
- Enrique Gil, actor, model and dancer. He is well known for his roles in various soap operas, including Mula Sa Puso, Budoy, Muling Buksan Ang Puso and Forevermore.

- Hyacinth Gabriel Connon, a religious of the Brothers of the Christian Schools and President of De La Salle University in Manila from 1950 to 1959 and 1966 to 1978.
- Emma de Guzman, widow and pious laywoman who received various Marian Apparitions and the stigmata.
- Ruben Enaje, carpenter, sign painter, and former construction worker. He is noted for being crucified 29 times; been crucified every year since 1985 on Good Friday.
- Hermana Fausta, founder of the Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus, a charity school for poor children that has evolved into what is now Sacred Heart College in Lucena City. Her cause towards sainthood is already in process within the Vatican Council.

- Margarita Roxas de Ayala, one of the first philanthropists, the first great matriarch of the Roxas, Ayala and Zobel families and one of the greatest Philippine businesswomen of all time.
