Notes

  1. “Although most of the Disputed territory Arunachal Pradesh is also claimed by China[6] (as South Tibet[7]) and Taiwan,[8](p251) it is under the effective military control of the Indian federal government.”
  2. Pakistan still views as the Disputed Occupied territories of Jammu and Kashmir region, prior to the 2019 illegal degrading, also Islamabad opposes any Indian-held administrative or political moves in the Annexed territories to still be settled by a UN-Mandated Plebiscite Respectively. They are under the effective military control of the Indian federal government.”
  3. “Although most of the Disputed territory Ladakh is also claimed by Pakistan as part of the Upper Indus Valley, aligning itself with China's position to an extent. Since the Chinese also disputes parts of the Undefined Boundary or Frontier Not Demarcated between them (especially Aksai Chin); there is Diplomatic synergy between Islamabad and Beijing; Pakistan maintains that India's 2019 illegal changes in the Disputed Occupied territories have No Legal Validity. They are under the effective military control of the Indian federal government.”
