This list include all the attacks perpetrated by Muslims who might have different motives than an Islamist. There is another list which documents the Islamist terrorist attacks.

Syria October 1, 2014 Twin terrorist attacks killed 45 civilians and wounded over 100 others at two neighboring elementary schools in Akrama, Homs; most of the victims were women and children. The first attack took place when a car bomb loaded with gas cylinders and C-4 explosives was detonated at the front gate of the first school while students were being dismissed. Following the first explosion, a suicide bomber then detonated himself at the gate of the neighboring school while people were gathering to take their children home. The perpetrators were related to Jund al-Sham, a group linked to the Abdullah Azzam Brigades.[7] 45 100+
France July 14, 2016 2016 Nice attack, a 19 tonne cargo truck was deliberately driven into crowds celebrating Bastille Day on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France, resulting in the deaths of 86 people and injuring 434.[8][9][10][11][12] The driver was Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel, a Tunisian resident of France.[13][14] The attack ended following an exchange of gunfire, during which Lahouaiej-Bouhlel was shot and killed by police. 86 434
Egypt December 11, 2016 Botroseya Church bombing, 29 people were killed and 47 were injured (all of them are Copts) after a suicide bomber occurred at St. Peter and St. Paul's Church, Cairo. The perpetrator, Mahmoud Shafiq Mohammed Mustafa, was a Muslim Egyptian related to the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood.[15][16][17][18] 29 47
Israel January 8, 2017 Jerusalem vehicular attack, 4 people are killed and 15 injured when a Palestinian terrorist rams a truck into a crowd at a bus stop in Jerusalem.[19] [20] 4 15
Westminster, London, United Kingdom March 22, 2017 2017 Westminster attack, Khalid Masood, convert to Islam, drove a car across Westminster Bridge, into Parliament Square, and onto the grounds of the Palace of Westminster injuring more than 50 people, four of them fatally.[21][22] After the car crashed into the perimeter fence of the Palace grounds, Masood abandoned it and ran into New Palace Yard where he fatally stabbed an unarmed police officer. He was then shot by an armed police officer and died at the scene. A fifth victim fell into the Thames during the attack; she died in hospital as a result of her injuries.[23] 5 50+
Russia April 3, 2017 A terrorist attack using an explosive device took place on the Saint Petersburg Metro between Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institut stations.[24] Seven people (including the perpetrator) were initially reported to have died, and seven more died later from their injuries, bringing the total to 14.[25][26][27][28][29] 13 64
Sweden April 7, 2017 2017 Stockholm attack, Four persons were killed when a truck was driven into a pedestrian shopping street and a department store in Stockholm. 15 others were wounded. The truck was hijacked just moments before the attack.[30] A 39-year-old man from Uzbekistan, identified as Rakhmat Akilov, admitted that he was inspired by Islamic State.[31][32] 4 15+
