Llimoo (born 4 May 1988) is a Spanish actor, comedian, and screenwriter known for his work on television, radio, cinema, theater, and various audiovisual projects on the Internet.

Biography

After graduating in Journalism at the Autonomous University of Barcelona,{{'{'}}Llimoo began working as a creative for Alguna Pregunta Més? (APM?) of Televisió de Catalunya due to the popularity of some of its viral video montages, such as Ecce Homo Reloaded.Template:'/'}[1] [2] [3] He later joined the radio humor program La Segona Hora of RAC 1 as a scriptwriter and broadcaster on a daily basis for two seasons. [4]

Simultaneously, Llimoo combined his radio work with his own internet productions, like the comedy channel Haciendo la mierda, which garnered over 9 million visits. His performances in the sketches, which he co-wrote with friends, attracted the attention of producers and television networks. This led to Llimoo becoming a key figure in Sinvergüenzas, a satirical program with hidden cameras on Neox (Antena 3), directed by Santi Millán. Llimoo's participation in the program earned him recognition for challenges like a kitchen workshop with love, and motivational coaching for workers. [5] [6]

His next television project was Crackòvia, produced by Minoria Absoluta and broadcast on TV3 (Catalonia). Here, Llimoo hosted the segment Llimoo President, where he played a presidential candidate for FC Barcelona, interacting with fans, ordinary people, and soccer personalities. In one episode, Llimoo even jumped from over 4,000 meters with a parachute. [7] [8]

Subsequently, Llimoo joined the staff of habitual collaborators for Late Motiv, the late-night show presented by Andreu Buenafuente on Movistar+. In this role, he played an anti-reporter, connecting with Buenafuente from major events like the Goya Awards, Premios Feroz, and the Rolling Stones' Havana concert, interviewing celebrities and delivering news in his distinctive style. [9] [10] [11] Jair Domínguez described Llimoo's style as "original" and "authentic," comparing him to a "reincarnated Andy Kaufman, an honest artist, of the few that remain." [12]

In 2016, Llimoo appeared on the big screen in the film El pregón, starring Berto Romero and Jorge Sanz.

Llimoo is the lead character in the web series "De repente, la vida", co-created with Ignasi Taltavull. He also co-authored the book "Siri, cómeme los huevos," published by Bridge.
