Lo-Max Films is an independent film company with offices in Santa Monica and London.
The company is producing a series of four music films under the banner of American Epic, which are executive-produced by T Bone Burnett, Robert Redford, and Jack White[1][2] and are scheduled for international release in the fall of 2015. The films are due to be broadcast by PBS in America, and by the BBC's Arena documentary strand in the UK.[3]
Lo-Max Films was founded by Allison McGourty, Bernard MacMahon, and Duke Erikson.[4]
The company is affiliated with Lo-Max Records.
