History
The company opened its first location in Madrid in 2018, in the Malasaña neighborhood.[2] In its early years, it expanded to other Spanish cities, including Granada[3], Barcelona, Valencia, and Cádiz, among others.[4]
In 2024, it opened its first international location in Funchal, Portugal.[5] Subsequent branches were opened in cities such as Paris, Florence, and Porto.
Services
Locker in the City offers automated luggage lockers that can be booked and paid for online. Access is provided through a digital code, with various locker sizes available.[4]
The locations operate without on-site staff and include video surveillance and remote customer service.[4]
