In July 2014, private equity firm Graphite Capital sold the set of companies to fund manager Ares Management for £110 million, doubling its investment.[1]

It has developed or is developing sites in Fulham, Putney and Teddington. Others include the Royal Star and Garter Home, Richmond, which it bought for £50 million in April 2013 — a conversion into apartments.[2]
