Hayfield Homes is a housebuilding company with developments in Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire.[1][2] It is based in Solihull and has purchased sites in Tiddington, Southam, Hallow. It also has two sites in Oxfordshire.[3]

History[edit]

The company was founded by Paddy Shovlin and Mark Booth. Mark Booth sold Banner Homes group to Cala Group for €225m.[4][5] Paddy Shovlin has developed many sites in Ireland and the UK and bought the Bank of Ireland headquarters for €200 million.[6] Booth is the Managing Director of Hayfield Homes.

Operations[edit]

Hayfield is financed by OakNorth, which provided senior debt funding to fund the development of two of its residential schemes.[7] Hayfield was responsible for developing a new £1.5million Home Guard Club in Tiddington, which opened in April 2018. The project was opened by the mayor and funded by Hayfield Homes, which is also behind a new development in the area.[8][9] Hayfield Homes has constructed premium family homes in Stratford-upon-Avon and Leamington Spa in the English Midlands.[10] The Hayfield Chase development is located in Tiddington. The development consists of 32 new homes.[11][12]

Hayfield Homes made a donation to Tadmarton Heath Golf Club's charity day in aid of the Horton General Hospital's cancer centre.[13] The company has also donated to Cropredy Primary School.[14]
