London Teacher Training College
The London Teacher Training College is a college for English teachers. Based in South London, it was founded in 1984. It has over 100 partner schools abroad that offer its qualifications for English language teachers.[citation needed] All its tutors hold degrees and qualifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) at Level 7 and above, which, under the UK educational framework, refers to the postgraduate academic level of Master's.[1][not in citation given] Its qualifications meet UK national standards and are officially accredited by TQUK,[2][not in citation given] an OFQUAL-approved body [3] and a UK government-recognized accreditation agency. Its qualifications are accredited up to Level 7 (postgraduate Master's level) by TQUK.[citation needed]
