"Louisville" is a song written by Jann Browne and Pat Gallaghor, and recorded by American country music artist Jann Browne.[1] It was originally featured on A Town South of Bakersfield, Vol. 2, a 1988 compilation album by Enigma Records.[2][3] It was subsequently released in 1990 as the third single from the album Tell Me Why. The song reached number 75 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart.[4] The song was named song of the year by the California Country Music Association.[3]
