Love, Faith, Hope (Serbian: Љубав, вера, нада, romanized: Ljubav, vera, nada; abbr. ЉВН, LJVN) is a right-wing national conservative political movement in Serbia. The movement was formed in September 2020 by Nemanja Šarović and Božidar Delić after they left the Serbian Radical Party along with a significant number of members.

Forming[edit]

Nemanja Šarović, a long time member and vice-president of the Serbian Radical Party resigned from the party in July 2020 shortly after a terrible result in the 2020 parliamentary elections, citing fundamental disagreements with Šešelj on both the party's direction and the political situation in Serbia.[1] He later accused Šešelj of being insufficiently critical of Serbia's Progressive Party-led government.[2]

In August 2020, Šarović announced that he will be forming a new political movement that will try to counter the Serbian Progressive Party and overthrow the Serbian president Aleksandar Vučić.[3] On 22 September 2020, Šarović presented a new political movement called "Love, Faith, Hope" in Belgrade. The goal of the movement, as he announced, is not only "overthrowing the current regime", but above all "changing the state system". Šarović was elected president of the movement and a retired general Božidar Delić was elected vice president.[4]
