History and Description[edit]
The company was founded in 2017 by Jason Hayes.[7][8][9][10] In October 2020, Riccardo Scala joined the company as director and head of luxury sales and leasing.[11] The company managed the renting of Dh900,000 home on Palm Dubai on September 2020.[12] Luxury property executed the sale of On100Palm villas for Dh111.25 million on March 2021, which is the most expensive real estate deal as on December 2021.[13][14][15]
