Elysian Real Estate was founded in 2006 by Masood Naseeb with its head office located in Dubai’s prominent Emaar Gold & Diamond Park on Sheikh Zayed Road. Elysian Real Estate Broker LLC was established in 2006.

In the earlier years the company had a small team of brokers, but soon after with the particular attention towards property selection, team’s management and client relations the company glowed. Over the first year of operation the real estate team expanded exponentially.[1] Over the years it grown into a highly comprehensive real estate company with offices in Gold & Daimond Park, Al Quoz with almost 50 professionals working in various real estate related fields.
Influence on Market[edit]
The Elysian Real Estate company soon becomes UAE's foremost companies selling leasing and managing property better than other privately owned company within the country. It offered a wide range of commercial properties for leasing including labor camp staff accommodations, warehouses and prestigious offices. During this time the company had developed maturity within the market and creating a vast network of contacts in the industry. Commercial leasing also grown up considerably in recent years with advancements in divisions like exclusive leasing of Al Ghazal Complex and Shopping Mall.[2] Soon after that Elysian had developed many prime Dubai apartments, Dubai villas and Dubai homes and other real estate preferences in Abu Dhabi.[3] Nowadays, Elysian Real Estate is one of the most growing real estate firms in UAE.[4]
Investments in Brazil[edit]
In 2010, Elysian Real Estate as a subsidiary of elysian Group of Companies announced to attend Cityscape Global 2010 starting on 4 October 2010 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. From there they disclosed of promoting investing in Brazil, Elysian launched their newest project ‘Rio Hills’, a luxury real estate development located in scenic hills of Marica in the state of Rio De Janeiro.[5] They also had a record of success in previous Brazil projects. From there elysian put their feet firmly in the door of the Brazilian real estate market providing the residents all of modern amenities within the comfort of freehold lakeside home.[6]
