Lvm is LabView data file format created by National Instruments. Lvm files are designed to store measurement raw data from different sensors. Lvm files are used in different studies. [1] [2] [3]

Structure of the file consists of:[11]
- Header - contains meta information about overall data
- Segment Header - contains information about current data segment
- Special Blocks - contains raw sensor data set
