Levy Aquilas Nsimba (born on 19 April 1998) is a French footballer who plays as a forward for Tallahassee SC in National Premier Soccer League.
Playing career
Youth, amateur & Semi-professional
Nsimba was part of the R.E. Virton academy until he was released by the club at 18 years old.[2] He went on to spend a season with National 3[3] side US Sarre-Union,[4] where he played the whole pre-season with the first team but only participated in one game.[5]
Before making the move to the United States, Nsimba played for the fcsr haguenau where he played most of the time with the reserve team before joining FC Sarrebourg[6][7] with whom he had a historical season to reach the 2nd federal round of the French Cup.[8]
Semi-professional
In 2018, Nsimba moved to the United States to play semiprofessional soccer in USL League Two with Tri-Cities Otters[9] where he provided 1 assist in 7 regular season appearances (7th game against Tormenta).
In 2021, Nsimba signed for Tallahassee SC, the Florida capital club, which played its first season at the semi-professional level in the National Premier Soccer League where he scored 1 goal and provided 1 assist in 8 regular season appearances.[10]
On May 30th, 2021, he wrote his name in the history of the club by scoring the winning goal against the Florida Roots (3-0) for the first game won by the club at the semi-professional level in the National Premier Soccer League.[11]
