Lvrd Blasian is a rising New Age Rapper in the Hype genre of rap.
In late 2014, Blasian burst onto the Baltimore rap scene under the name Astro Blasian or Blasian for short, with his first and most notable project, Road To Riches.[2] [3]
Early Career/2-Year Hiatus
Lvrd Blasian began his career with two main groups, R.N.E. (Revolution Not Evolution) and Alphasquad. Blasian's career began quickly and ended nearly as quickly, but he has since resurfaced. Lvrd Blasian's original name, Astro Blasian, was the moniker used on his Road To Riches and subsequent singles, features, and projects following its release. Unfortunately, a member of Blasian's R.N.E. group stole his name and began taking credit for all of Blasian's work. This was followed by a two-year period of silence from Blasian. During this time, Blasian seemingly cut ties with his R.N.E. group, disavowing them and never again mentioning the group.
Blasian would quit music entirely, also dropping out of Alphasquad. During Blasian's hiatus, he remained in contact with his friends in Alphasquad and took up music production.
Returning Career
Early 2015 to 2016: Production, Genre, and Personal Changes
Upon Blasian's return to the Baltimore music scene in early 2015, his return wasn't very public. Blasian came back with an entirely different approach; instead of immediately looking for new groups to join or associate himself with, he went independent. The only group Blasian has publicly announced any connection with is Alphasquad.
Lvrd Blasian came back quietly but with a strong and loyal following, reportedly booking shows in Maryland, Florida, Philadelphia, Texas, and Georgia. Blasian's career hadn't slowed at all, and his rise has only seemed to hasten with his later releases, which include work with Zae 300, August Wntr, BT$ Sean, BT$ Jay, and Svint Meech, SOUTHSIDE SCOLA, IBETHETECH, and others. Despite expanded influence and exposure, Blasian had only announced a project coming at the very end of 2016 and seemed to be releasing it in mid-to-late 2017. Prior to his latest project's announcement, Blasian randomly released singles, then pulled them, subsequently starving his fanbase for new material.
Present: "Trappin In The DMV To Florida"
Trappin In The DMV To Florida is Blasian's latest project, with nothing but mystery surrounding its release. Blasian has released the tape's lead single, "Ain't Shit (David Diss)," produced by August Wntr.[4]
Influences and Style
Blasian's influences often appear nonexistent, only seeming to align with his genre. His style, however, seems to mirror those of Lil Uzi Vert, Kodak Black, Ski Mask the slump god, and 21 Savage.
